Consuelo A. (Connie) Vasquez
joined Mazur Carp & Rubin’s
construction law practice in
2003. Specializing in
construction law and commercial
litigation, Ms. Vasquez has
focused on litigating major
tenant build out disputes,
building damage cases and breach
of contract matters. |

Ms. Vasquez is a member of the
Association of the Bar of the
City of New York, the New York
State Bar Association, the
American Bar Association and
Professional Women in
Construction. |
|
|
|
She is admitted to the
Connecticut, New York and United
States District Court, Southern
and Eastern Districts of New
York and the United States
District Court for the Western
District of New York. |

|
Ms. Vasquez earned a bachelor’s
degree from Fordham University
and a law degree from St. John’s
University Law School, where she
served as an editor of The
Journal of Legal Commentary and
published a Note. She also
served as a law clerk to the
Honorable Joseph W. Bellacosa at
the New York Court of Appeals. |
