construction law in New York
City since 1975. He is highly

and federal courts, arbitration,

Litigation” chapter of
Commercial Litigation in New
York State Courts, and prepares
the chapter’s annual updates
reflecting the latest
developments in New York
construction law. He is a member
of the Association of the Bar of
the City of New York; the New
York State and American Bar
Associations; the New York
County Lawyers Association; and
the Construction Industry
Arbitration Panel of the
American Arbitration
