Vikki Rogers joined Mazur Carp &
Rubin’s construction law
practice in 2007. Specializing
in international commercial
arbitration and international
sales law, Ms. Rogers’ prior
experience at an international
law firm focused on arbitrating
international construction law
disputes, as well as litigating
commercial law disputes. Ms.
Rogers has practiced in the
United States and Germany
primarily working on ICC
arbitrations concerning
multi-million dollar
construction projects across the
Americas and Europe. |

Immediately prior to joining
Mazur Carp & Rubin, Ms. Rogers
worked as an International Case
Manager for the International
Centre for Dispute Resolution at
the American Arbitration
Association. Ms. Rogers oversaw
over one hundred arbitrations
pursuant to the AAA’s
international, commercial and
construction rules, spanning
most industry sectors and
regions. |

Ms. Rogers has taught
International Commercial
Transactions, International
Commercial Arbitration and
Introduction to US law as an
adjunct professor at Pace Law
School, Villanova Law School and
the University of Heidelberg
(Germany), respectively. |

|
Ms. Rogers is a Fellow at the
Institute of International
Commercial Law. She also serves
as the Director of the Lexical
Initiative for International
Commerce. Ms. Rogers is a member
of the US Green Building
Council, New York Chapter. She
is also a member of LCIA Young
Arbitrators Group, DIS40, ICDR
Young & International, ASA below
40 and Arbitral Women. |

Ms. Rogers has published various
articles on international sales
law and international
arbitration topics and has been
a guest speaker for the CISG
Advisory Council and at a
conference hosted by the
International Association for
Contract and Commercial
Management. |

She is admitted to practice law
in New York and Connecticut. Ms.
Rogers earned a bachelor’s
degree from Syracuse University
and a law degree from Pace Law
School. She has also earned a
Master of Studies in
Environmental Law from Vermont
Law School. |
